PES2021/Football Life: Master League transfer tool

Hi guys, I wanted to talk about something that is getting really boring and weakened in ML. When we play ML for many seasons... like 7 8 years or more, the other teams will age and often do not buy properly new players. It becomes very annoying without much challenge even u select high transfers (-_-)
Is there a tool that can force transfer players ? i tried Cheat Engine table but doesn't work u can only change the team name but the player still in the current club. i remember there was...
