Idris Elba Tapped for Exciting Role in 'Masters of the Universe' Movie
Idris Elba is the latest star to join the cast of the upcoming Masters of the Universe movie, based on the beloved Mattel toys.
The 52-year-old actor is reportedly set to play Duncan, Man-At-Arms.
Travis Knight (Bumblebee) will be directing the movie from a script by Chris Butler, who previously worked with Travis on Kubo and the Two Strings and the upcoming Wildwood.

Deadline reports that Idris‘ character is “a good guy and for centuries has been the weapons master and combat instructor to the royal family, and is also called Man-At-Arms.”
