Leicester 1 Chelsea 2: Blues go just one point behind Man City with comfortable win that inflicts more misery on Foxes
CHELSEA cruised to a 2-1 victory against Leicester as they moved just one point behind Man City.
The Foxes struggled for large periods of the first-half and Nicolas Jackson opened the scoring after 15 minutes.
Noni Madueke also found the back of the net before the break but the goal was ruled out for offside.
In the second period, Cole Palmer had an effort heading for the back of the net blocked by his own team-mate Madueke.
Chelsea then finally got their second goal as Enzo Fernandez headed home after Jackson saw an attempt brilliantly saved by Mads Hermansen.
Leicester then got a consolation from the penalty spot after Bobby Decordova-Reid was fouled by Romeo Lavia.
Jordan Ayew stepped up and scored in the 96th minute.
