Punit Goenka will not be returning as Zee Entertainment's Managing Director. He recently resigned from his position and withdrew his consent for a reappointment. The company board had proposed a five-year term for him. Goenka's current term was ending in December. The company will discuss leadership plans at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
