Would you take 2nd place if offered now? (50 replies)

Saw a thread a month or two back which asked would you take 2nd place if it was offered now, think the majority of responses was no and that we should win the league.

Just intrigued whether this view has shifted? We've seen how easy it is to drop a few points and wonder how many more would now be happy with guaranteed promotion.

My view is that I still probably wouldn't take it. Although 2nd place does get promotion, this squad is more than capable of winning the league and a second place finish might indicate that we failed to resolve some of the issues we are seeing with the team that would then carry through to the championship.
