Sputnik Becomes Media Partner of IV Congress of Young Scientists

The IV Congress of Young Scientists is the key annual event of the Decade of Science and Technology in Russia announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin. This year it will bring together more than 7,000 participants from almost 40 countries.
