Savills says mass-market shop rental prices rise, calls out Madrid's and London's bounce-back

​We hear a lot about rental prices rising on top luxury shopping streets but less about mass-market shopping thoroughfares. Now however, Savills has researched Europe’s prime high streets and found healthy rental growth.
