Fred Sirieix and Gino D’ACampo’s first travel show without Gordon Ramsay to air in days as release date is confirmed
THE release date for Fred Sirieix and Gino D’Acampo’s new travel show has been confirmed – and it’s without Gordon Ramsay.
Viewers have previously seen Fred, Gino and Gordon team up for their popular ITV Road Trip series.

This format sees the duo “attempt to go green” over the course of two weeks.
It will be launching on December 16 and 17, with episodes airing at 9pm on ITV1.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Fred previously addressed rumours that he and Gino have “ditched” Gordon.
He said: “Gordon is extremely busy.
“I don’t know if you’ve seen his Instagram and social media but he’s opening restaurant after restaurant after restaurant.
“He also has two very young children. There’s Oscar who is five-years-old, and Jesse who is ten months.
“So he really has his hands full, you know?”
Fred continued: “In terms of travelling, he’s already got so many shows in America.
“He just couldn’t make the time.
“And we love travelling and we said to him ‘Well, look, we’re going and when you want to join us, join us, and we’ll go around and we’ll have some fun.’”
Fred confirmed that the trio are very much still friends and that there is no rift going on behind the scenes.
Mid-way through filming the series, Gino suffered a “horror accident” in October 2023 following a disastrous toboggan stunt.
An ambulance was called after three people were caught-up in the drama, with the chef also receiving treatment from medics.
Production for the series was halted – with the show said to be scrapped.
In April, The Sun told how the programme was to resume filming after six months.
Gordon, Gino and Fred: Road Trip - Story so far
Launching in 2018, ITV’s Gordon, Gino and Fred: Road Trip stars chefs Gordon Ramsay and Gino D’Acampo, as well as Maître d’hôtel Fred Sirieix.
The travel and food show sees the trio visit various cities in different countries.
While there, they take the opportunity to explore the area’s culture and cuisine.
The first ever episode aired on October 11, 2018 – and a total of four series have aired to date.
In March 2023, it was reported Gino had sensationally quit the show ahead of a potential fifth series.
A TV insider said: “It’s quite unusual for a show to be shelved quite so spectacularly, only to be brought back months later.
“Usually they end up getting written off completely. But ITV clearly felt like this was worth going the extra mile for. Emissions Impossible was all about being greener when travelling.
“Ironically, by the time they’ve finished filming, all the presenters, producers and crew will have flown from Britain into Europe — and back again — twice.”
Gino and Fred: Emission Impossible will be airing on ITV1.
