Iran has requested India's technical assistance to comply with Financial Action Task Force (FATF) standards and escape its blacklist. India, during the Eurasian Group meeting in Indore, pledged support through knowledge sharing and expert advice. This comes as India itself achieved a high FATF rating, aided by initiatives like Aadhaar and digital payments.
