South Korea, home to top memory chip makers Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix, is building a complex in Yongin and Pyeongtaek, south of the capital Seoul, touted as the world's largest high-tech chipmaking cluster in a bid to attract chip equipment and fabless companies.
