David Archuleta Clarifies What He Likes in the Bedroom, Gets NSFW While Discussing Positions

David Archuleta is opening up about his preferences in the bedroom and clarifying something he said in the past on the topic.

The 33-year-old singer, who came in second on season seven of American Idol, responded to a comment about being a “full time bottom” back in February 2024.

“I’m sure that you are absolutely right… For other people out there,” he said. “I’m sure that they would definitely agree with that.” However, he added, “Couldn’t relate.”

At the time, people assumed that David was saying he prefers being a top in the bedroom, but now he’s clarifying what he meant.

“People [were] assuming I was just [a] bottom,” David said on Logo’s Spill with Johnny Sibilly. “When they first started saying that, I didn’t even know what that meant. I was like, ‘What do you mean a bottom?’ I didn’t know that kind of terminology before.”

“So I was addressing to someone, ‘You know, I’m sure other people enjoy that. I just can’t relate.’ Because my experience has not been that. But I would consider myself a vers,” David said.

David then hinted at being demisexual.

“It’s not like I’m even into d-ck, and I’m not really into ass either, to be honest. It’s like, I’m into the person. Doing only one thing is boring to me,” he said.

When asked what makes him horny, David said, “A good face. I don’t understand when people are like, ‘Oh! That good d-ck!’ And like, the d-ck, and I’m like, oh my gosh, like, what is attractive about a d-ck? It’s a sensational part of your body.” He added that he doesn’t find them to be “pretty.”
