Haryana Police invoked three sections, including mob lynching, against five cow vigilantes for allegedly shooting dead 20-year-old Aryan Mishra, mistaking him for a cattle smuggler. The incident took place on August 23 when Mishra and his friends were in a car on the Delhi-Agra National Highway. All accused were arrested on August 28.
