HOME Bargains shoppers are rushing to buy a bargain Christmas must-have for £5 which is identical to a more expensive counterpart.

One Christmas lover found the Christmas tree cushion at their local shop and couldn’t wait to share it on social media.

They uploaded photos of the eye-catching item to the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook group.

They said: “If you are looking for some Christmas cushions, I found these in my local Home Bargains for £4.99 each.

“The exact same ones are on The Range for £20.99.”

Keen shoppers were quick to comment on the post, and applauded the customer for the incredible find.

“Look at that price difference,” one said.

A second weighed in: “These are so cute!”

A third added: “Omg I need!”

As always, we do always recommend having a look around for cheaper options to make sure you’re getting the most for your money.

After a quick Google we found some alternatives that weren’t quite as cheap.

We found a very similar style ornament online at Ruxley Manor for £60.

We also spotted similar versions on Etsy for £101 and £123, so this Home Bargains decoration is considerably cheaper.

It’s still worth having a look around first to make sure we haven’t missed an even better offer – there’s never a bad time to bag a bargain.

FRAGRANT FIND

Money-savvy shoppers have also rushed to Home Bargains to buy candles and diffusers that create a cosy festive atmosphere.

One customer raved that they had been “waiting all year” for the budget-friendly retailer’s most coveted scent.

Each of the festive scents is priced at £2.99 and they’re selling fast.

The Evergreen Spruce is currently out of stock to buy online.

According to the retailer, it has a “woody scent” that evokes sitting by an open fire in a log cabin in the forest.

The Snowflake Wishes candle is described as having a cool mint and sweet vanilla fragrance that feels cosy.

Crushed Candy Cane has a “sweet, uplifting” scent, while Gingerbread smells like its name.

Shoppers said the candles would be ideal for gifting throughout the festive season.
