Mongol Munda, the eldest son of Sukhram Munda and descendant of Bhagwan Birsa Munda, succumbed to injuries from a road accident at Rajendra Institute of Medical Science (RIMS). Despite the medical efforts and Chief Minister Hemant Soren's multiple visits, Mongol could not survive. He was critically hurt after falling from an overturned vehicle near Rutadih turn.
