The Himachal Pradesh government faced criticism for issuing notices to a bus conductor and driver after an audio clip with defamatory remarks against political leaders was allegedly played in their bus. A complaint led to a fact-finding enquiry which was later dropped upon finding the allegations baseless. Criticism also arose from a previous CID enquiry regarding misplaced samosas.
