Minor snow accumulations possible Saturday

Cloud cover has built in overnight as a quick-passing system will bring a few snow showers for our Saturday. Temperatures to start out are in the upper 20s and lower 30s, so it's possible we see a bit of a wintry mix to start out before fully changing over to snow. A narrow band looks to develop just north of I-70 that could lead to minor accumulations for some. The best chance for any accumulating snow will favor those right along and just south of the interstate with upwards of 1" possible. Others could see a light dusting especially on grassy surfaces.
Snow should wrap up by the early afternoon as clouds look to clear out. We'll hold on to some sunshine for the rest of the weekend. Temperatures will continue to stay in the 30s for both Saturday and Sunday.
Monday will be another cold and dry day. However, as we move into the rest of the workweek, temperatures will gradually warm back up. Potentially even above average with highs in the lower to middle 50s by Wednesday. Rain chances remain slim to none throughout the upcoming week.
