Ian Harding Explains Why He Doesn't Decorate for Christmas Until December 23
Ian Harding waits until the last minute to decorate for Christmas!
While promoting his two new holiday projects, the Hallmark+ series Holidazed and the Netflix movie Our Little Secret, the 38-year-old actor explained why he waits until December 23 and revealed the one decoration he doesn’t like putting up.
Keep reading to find out more…“I’m not big on lights outside,” Ian shared with Us Weekly, explaining that the possibility of an “electrical fire problem” is part of the reason why he doesn’t put lights up.
“At least that’s the paranoid part of me,” he added with a laugh.
“But [I’m] big on indoor wreaths and bells. I like that,” Ian shared, noting that it “drives our dogs nuts.” Ian and wife Sophie Hart share two Mochi and Bailey. They are also parents to a son born in September 2022.
Ian then confessed that his Christmas decorations “usually come out right around, like, the 23rd” of December.
“We just have so much going on that we’re like, ‘Oh my God! Christmas is next week. Oh, OK,’” Ian said. “And then we decorate.”
