Aldi shopper brags about finding ‘the best bargain’ when pair of winter boots scans for just £2.99

One impressed Aldi shopper shared the deal she got on a winter fashion buy.
She shared how she picked up a wardrobe staple at a shockingly low price.
The woman detailed the find in a post on the Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK.
In her social media post, she described the buy as “probably the best bargain I’ve had.”
The woman revealed that she managed to pick up a pair of winter boots for a fraction of the price of most other shops.
She included a picture of the tan laced-up boots with chunky soles for secure grip.
“Saw these booties in Aldi today advertised for £2.99,” the Facebook user said.
The shopper recalled her disbelief at the low price, explaining that she was intially sceptical of the bargain.
“I thought: ‘Surely not,'” she told her fellow Facebook users.
However, she was pleased to discover that the price tag was accurate when she went to pay for them.
“Took them to the tills and they scanned through at £2.99,” she confirmed.
The woman shared an additional detail that made the boots even better for the cold weather.
“The best bargain. They are solid and definitely well made [with] fluff on the inside,” she said.

“My daughter has these, I think I paid about £10 at the time and they are fab! Absolute steal for that price,” wrote one reader.
