A woman and her son were robbed at gunpoint by their BluSmart cab driver, who forced her to transfer Rs 55,000 via UPI before driving away. The incident occurred on November 29 in Gurgaon. The driver, identified as Sonu Singh, was arrested by police on December 3 with the company's assistance.
