InterGlobe Aviation, IndiGo's parent company, has sued Mahindra Electric Automobiles for trademark infringement. The dispute is over Mahindra's use of "6E" for its electric SUV. Mahindra insists its mark "BE 6e" is different. Both companies are trying to resolve the issue. The court hearing has been adjourned, and the launch may be delayed.
