In the Lok Sabha, SP leader Akhilesh Yadav accused the BJP government in Uttar Pradesh of a conspiracy to disturb communal harmony in Sambhal. He mentioned the violence around the mosque survey, alleging police misconduct and demanding murder charges against them. SP members and allies staged a brief walkout in protest.
