The case pertains to Reliance NU, which participated in a tender, where it allegedly submitted a fake bank guarantee and endorsement. "Following the legal proceedings related to this matter, it is hereby notified that the debarment notice issued to M/s Reliance Power has been withdrawn, with immediate effect," SECI said in a notification.
