The eDaakhil portal has a provision for the online filing of consumer complaints in the Consumer Commissions. To file a case with eDaakhil, the user must register himself/herself on the eDaakhil portal with a valid email ID. There is no fee on filing consumer complaints which have a value of up to Rs 5 lakh.
