She shared that some days she feels ‘numb’ and finds the smallest of tasks like ‘mountains too tall’ to climb.

The mum-of-two, whose real name is Sophie Hinchliffe, shared that her grief ‘comes in waves’, but feels like a ‘never ending process’ of her soul ‘crying out’.

Posting on her Instagram stories to her 4.8 million followers, the cleaning fanatic re-shared a poem originally shared by @worduponthewall.

Alongside a teddy bear with her father’s initials – AJB – and a Christmas wreath, the blonde beauty attached the poem which read: ‘Grief comes in waves, it comes in heavy like the sea, the pain comes crashing in, directly over me.

‘Some days it’s steady like the chiming of a bell and sometimes it’s quieter yet some days it’s hell.

‘Some days it pulls heavier as it tugs against the heart, some days it feels like it did right at the start.’

The poem demonstrated the numbness felt with grief, as it continued: ‘Sometimes it’s numb, nothing at all, and sometimes the smallest task feels like a mountain too tall.

‘Sometimes it’s silence as it fills every space, sometimes it’s in a picture as you long for their face.

‘Sometimes it’s words, the lyrics of a song, some day it’s home, for that’s where they belong.’

The poem also reflected Mrs Hinch’s mourning for her father, as it added: ‘A never ending process of our souls crying out, missing the person who we now live without, but it reminds us we were so lucky, having a soul to miss so much, although it’s hard to feel lucky and doesn’t feel as such.

‘But when grief gills your heat, think of the above, and remember grief is the price we must sadly pay for love.’

Alongside the poem, Sophie simply shared: “ILYD”, meaning ‘I love you dad’.

Mrs Hinch’s grief update comes just six months after Sophie shared the heartbreaking news that her dad had died “suddenly but peacefully”.

In April 2023, Sophie revealed how she was taking a break social media after her dad ended up in hospital.

She said at the time: “My dad is in hospital at the moment guys. My dad has never been blessed shall we say with fantastic health – from his chest, his lungs, his heart.

“He’s always struggled you know.”

She heartbreakingly added: “I just want him to be happy.”

The influencer penned: “Loss changes everything about you and the way you see the world.

“You are living in deep pain, unable to relate and wondering why the sun keeps rising like nothing happened.
