Shailene Woodley Slips Into High-Shine Burgundy Sergio Rossi Pumps for the 2024 Gotham Awards
Shailene Woodley made a chic appearance at the annual Gotham Awards in New York City last night.
The “Big Little Lies” actress hit the red carpet in a black pinstripe blazer featuring a sleek fitted waist, and a concealed single-breasted fastening. Going monochromatic, she wore a black dress shirt buttoned to the top underneath. The rest of her look included a sparkly silver sequined mini skirt boasting a ruched effect worn over pale pink stockings.
On foot, Woodley sported Sergio Rossi’s “Pilier” pumps in a wine-red patent leather finish. The glossy style has a skinny strap with a side buckle closure that extends across the vamp and a prominent heel counter. An almond toe and a high block heel adorned with crystal accents at the back tie the shoes together.
Sergio Rossi’s “Pilier” collection is also comprised of versions without straps and options with lower heel heights. The Italian luxury footwear brand also makes boots with the same name. Other celebrities who have worn Sergio Rossi shoes recently include Rihanna, Kylie Jenner, Lupita Nyong’o, and Lindsay Lohan. The label is known for its pointy Sr1 pumps and curvy Sr Arc pumps.
For an appearance on “The Kelly Clarkson Show” last month, Woodley donned a sleek denim Versace ensemble with Versace’s Gianni Ribbon leopard pumps. Of late, she’s worn black leather loafers courtesy of The Row on several occasions, Khaite’s “Apollo” over-the-knee boots and “Cedar” python pumps, and Fendi’s sculpted-heel slingback pumps.
The “Three Women” star has also recently showcased heels from Michael Kors Collection, Veronica Beard, Dolce & Gabbana, Gianvito Rossi, Stuart Weitzman, and Loewe. Not one to stick to a favorite footwear brand, she’s worn pumps from all the top designers. Meanwhile, when spotted off duty, she’s been known to hit the streets in classic Converse Chuck Taylors.
