Nearly 150 people have lost their lives due to an unknown and mysterious disease with flu-like symptoms in southwestern Congo in Africa. The symptoms of this disease include fever, headache cough and anaemia. Congo is already by the mpox epidemic with over 1,000 suspected deaths in the Central African country. Due to a lack of medical facilities and a dilapidated health infrastructure, infected people are forced to die in their homes.
