Rotterdam pizzeria closing for 'undetermined amount of time'
ROTTERDAM, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Lucia’s Two Go, located at 404 Princetown Road in Rotterdam, is closing for "an undetermined amount of time." Owner Paul Corradi Sr. made the announcement in a Facebook post on Tuesday.
"As many of you are aware, the past few years have been very challenging," said Corradi in the post. "Since the devastating loss of my business partner and best friend and the constant struggle to find the amount of help needed to produce and provide the standard of food that we have become noted for, I have come to the difficult realization that it is time for me to make a notable change."
The restaurant's last day of regular service will be Saturday, December 21. Corradi said they will honor all holiday pre-orders that have already been placed but cannot take any more orders.
Lucia’s Two Go serves pizza, subs, salads, wings, specialty breads, pasta dinners, and more. The restaurant is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
"It has been an absolute pleasure feeding you and your families the past 30 years," said Corradi. "I am extremely grateful for your patronage."
