Sound study to be conducted in East Greenbush

EAST GREENBUSH, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- If you hear loud noises in East Greenbush on Friday, there is no cause for alarm. It is for a drill. The town is conducting a sound engineering study for a proposed law enforcement training center.

Sound measuring instruments will be placed throughout the town to collect data on ambient noise and sound levels produced from gunfire. Testing will be done from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Ridge Road.
