Stabbing in Financial District leaves one teen dead: NYPD
MANHATTAN (PIX11)-- Two teens were stabbed near a Duane Reade in the Financial District Thursday evening, police said.
One of them later died.
The two victims were stabbed near 17 John Street. Police in the first precinct received a call for aid at around 7:39 p.m. The victims, both males, were taken to a local hospital for their injuries.
A 17-year-old victim was stabbed in the chest, and the 18-year-old was stabbed in the left arm. The 17-year-old later died, police said.
No arrests have been made.
