Sai Life Sciences has announced its IPO, set to open on December 11th, with a price band of Rs 522-549 per share. The Rs 3,043 crore IPO includes a fresh issue and an offer for sale by existing shareholders. Proceeds will be used for debt repayment and general corporate purposes.
