Pakistan's central bank forex reserves increase 620 mln USD

ISLAMABAD, Dec. 6 (Xinhua) -- Foreign exchange reserves of the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) have increased by 620 million U.S. dollars, the central bank said in a statement on Thursday.

During the week ending on Nov. 29, total foreign exchange reserves of the bank reached about 12 billion dollars, the bank said.

Net foreign reserves held by commercial banks came in at around 4.6 billion dollars.
