Nationalisation of blood donations: Luxembourg to allow homosexual men to give blood for first time

While the government already announced plans to nationalise Luxembourg's blood donations service, Minister of Health Martine Deprez now also confirmed that homosexual men will finally be allowed to donate blood as part of the reform process.
