A 32-year-old woman, Revathi, tragically died in a stampede at a Hyderabad theatre during the premiere of 'Pushpa 2'. She was attending the event with her husband and two children. Revathi was separated from her family during the chaos and suffered fatal injuries while protecting her son, Sritej. Sritej is currently hospitalized with severe hypoxia and potential lung injury.
