1. Sunil Gavaskar
The legendary India batter has been dismissed a total of 3 times on the first ball of a Test match. Gavaskar was first dismissed on the first ball in 1974 against England. The second time this happened was in 1983 against West Indies and the third occasion came against Pakistan in 1987.
2. Sudhir Naik
The former India batter was dismissed on the first ball during a Test match against West Indies in 1974. His wicket was taken by legendary pacer Andy Roberts.
3. WV Raman
The former India batter was dismissed on the first ball of a Test match against New Zealand in 1990. Raman’s wicket was taken by legendary all-rounder Richard Hadlee.
