Russian President Vladimir Putin invited Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko to Moscow to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Vladimir Putin voiced his invitation at the meeting of the Supreme State Council of the Union State of Belarus and Russia in Minsk on 6 December.
