Peskov: Decision on deploying Oreshnik in Belarus can be made only by two presidents

The decision on whether Belarus will have the Russian medium-range missile system Oreshnik on its territory can only be made by the presidents of the two countries, Spokesman for the Russian President Dmitry Peskov told journalists, TASS reports.
