Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and Chairwoman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matviyenko have arrived in Minsk to take part in a meeting of the Supreme State Council of the Union State of Belarus and Russia.
