Philippines' gross int'l reserves level settles at 108.5 bln USD by end-November

MANILA, Dec. 6 (Xinhua) -- The Philippines' gross international reserves (GIR) settled at 108.5 billion U.S. dollars as of the end of November from 111.1 billion dollars at the end of October, the Philippine central bank said Friday.
