Double parallel parking in Small Heath (1 reply)

Another bored Friday afternoon thread. What is it with cars parallel parking two deep on residential streets?

I've only noticed it this year having come up for the all the night games and parking closer in.

I've never seen that anywhere else. Is it all over the city or a peculiarity of Small Heath?
