Mayor Adams on City of Yes plan passing City Council vote

NEW YORK (PIX11) – The New York City Council has approved Mayor Eric Adams' ambitious City of Yes plan.

The $5 billion plan will rezone the Big Apple for the first time in six decades. It's estimated to create more than 80,000 new housing units over 15 years.
