Trump Gets Great Advice From Barron, According to Melania
Melania Trump gave her first post-election interview today, sitting down on Fox & Friends to discuss, among other things, how much she loves Barron. The soon-to-be “part-time” First Lady told the panel that she is “very proud” of her 18-year-old son, especially for all the work he did on his father’s campaign.
“I’m very proud of him about his knowledge — even about politics and giving advice to his father,” Melania said. “He brought in so many young people. He knows his generation. Nowadays, the young generation, they don’t sit in front of the TV anymore. They’re all on the tablets; they’re on the phones and all of these podcasts and streamers.”
Shortly after Donald Trump’s victory, it was reported that Barron had been crucial to the campaign. The NYU freshman apparently told his father which podcasts and livestreams to go on in order to reach the kinds of young men he needed in order to win. As a result, Trump spent time with a bunch of extremely influential dudes you’ve probably never heard of, including Adin Ross and the Nelk Boys.
“He was very vocal and he gave advice to his father, and it was incredible how he brought in a success because he knew exactly who his father needs to contact,” Melania explained.
Melania — who reportedly intends to spend a lot of her husband’s second term in New York to be close to Barron — also talked about her son’s college experience. “I don’t think it’s possible for him to be a normal student. His experience at college — it’s very different than any other kid,” she told the show’s hosts, “I’m very proud [of] how he’s handling [it].”
Is Melania the most proud mom in America? It sort of seems like it. Just imagine how proud she’ll be when Barron starts a podcast of his own, which — mark my words — will happen at some point in the next year.
