Paris' Notre Dame Cathedral reopens with pomp and glittering array of leaders

Five years after it was nearly destroyed by fire, French President Emmanuel Macron on Saturday hosted a glittering ceremony attended by world leaders to celebrate the reopening of Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris.
