Poonawalla Fincorp's CTO, Dhiraj Saxena, resigned, alleging harassment by the CHRO. Saxena's resignation letter cited "unnecessary interventions" disrupting IT operations. His departure follows recent leadership changes, including a new MD and CHRO. The company has yet to respond to the allegations.
