If we are subsidising Canada, Mexico let them become a state of US: Trump

Former US President Donald Trump claimed the US subsidizes Canada and Mexico by billions annually. He suggested these countries should become US states if subsidies continue and threatened tariffs if they don't curb illegal immigration.
