The Seagulls had been cruising after Tariq Lamptey opened the scoring and Yankuba Minteh scored with 11 minutes still to play.
But Ruud van Nistelrooy’s team completed the most unlikely of comebacks when Jamie Vardy scored in the 86th-minute and Bobby De Cordova Reid scored in the 91st minute.
