Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index surpasses 20,000 points, tech index up 3 pct

HONG KONG, Dec. 9 (Xinhua) -- Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index once rose to 20,283.85 points in the afternoon session on Monday, up 2.1 percent.

The Hang Seng Tech Index, which represents 30 largest technology companies listed in Hong Kong, once rose 3.32 percent in the afternoon.
