Three newly elected Congress legislators, E Annapoorna, Yasir Ahmed Khan Pathan, and C P Yogeeshwara, were sworn into the Karnataka Legislative Assembly on Monday, boosting the Congress party's majority. Annapoorna won the Sandur seat, Pathan secured Shiggaon, and Yogeeshwara triumphed in Channapatna, defeating prominent opposition figures in the recent bypolls.
