Deputy Commissioner Jitendra Jorwal inspected the First Level Checking (FLC) of EVMs in Ludhiana on Monday, ensuring free and fair municipal elections. He reviewed the process with ECIL engineers and confirmed the checking of approximately 1,865 Ballot Units and 1,790 Control Units. The FLC is expected to be completed by December 11 with proper security arrangements in place.
