Varanasi launched its Pulse Polio campaign on Sunday, targeting children under five. Cantt MLA Saurabh Srivastava inaugurated the campaign at Swami Vivekananda Memorial Hospital. Over 265,000 children received doses on the first day, with door-to-door vaccinations continuing throughout the six-day campaign to reach the target of over 568,000 children.
