Defence Minister Rajnath Singh arrived in Moscow to witness the commissioning of INS Tushil, a stealth warship, into the Indian Navy. He will also attend the 21st India-Russia Inter-Governmental Commission meeting, pay tribute at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, and interact with the Indian community. The visit aims to strengthen India-Russia defence cooperation.
